Step #1

site preparation

Landmark Clean & Seal offers paver cleaning services in San Diego Riverside County and the Greater Palm Springs area.

We’ll arrive at your Southern California location and begin our process with a thorough walk-around. We are checking the work site for any new damages since our first meeting, the free on-site evaluation.

Step #2

power wash & Sealer removal

We remove your old sealer before applying new sealer to your pavers to prevent clouding or unevenness. At Landmark, we exclusively use safe, non-toxic, environmentally friendly solutions to remove the existing sealer.

Our professional paver cleaners carefully power wash the surface to remove dirt, weeds, loose joint sand, and surface stains. We use a specialized high-pressure, high-volume, high-temperature rotary washer to thoroughly scrub your paving stones without causing any damage.

Step #3

wet and dry sanding

We add new dry joint sand to fill the empty spaces between each paver, tile, or natural stone. Next, your pavers are “wet sanded” to move the joint sand into place using an attachment on the pressure washer.

Your paver’s surface will be free and clear of residual sand.

Step #4

sealer application

We proudly use the Wet Look® Paver Sealer from Seal n Lock to seal your pavers. This two-part water-based pure urethane sealer penetrates the pavers for longer-lasting protection. After we apply the sealer, we sweep any residual surface sand, so it doesn’t adhere to the paver’s surface. Not into the wet look? Ask us about our natural-look sealer.
